4 just-ripened tomatoes
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup water
1 to 2 tablespoons Seafood Grilling Seasoning
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Gently cut the core out of the tomatoes, making a cavity. Mix rice, water, Seafood Grilling Seasoning and cheese together. Fill tomatoes with mixture and place in baking pan. Cook for 30 minutes or until rice and tomatoes are tender.
