RICE PILAF

2 cups of water
2 tablespoons oil
1 packet Lemon Pepper Marinade Mix
1 cup long-grain brown rice

In a large saucepan, combine water, oil and Lemon Pepper Marinade Mix. Add rice and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender (about 45 minutes for brown rice).
