1/4 cup finely diced red bell peppers
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 tablespoons Cream of Mushroom soup mix
2 to 3 teaspoons Steak Seasoning (to taste)
1/4 cup milk
In a medium skillet, sauté the bell peppers in the oil until tender. Add soup, Steak Seasoning, and milk. Mix well. Bring to a boil, then simmer until desired thickness is reached.
