CORN CASSEROLE

4 cups corn kernels
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 diced bell pepper (approximately 1 cup)
1 cup milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup shredded cheese
2 to 3 tablespoons Chicken Seasoning
1 cup cracker crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 °F. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, onions and bell peppers. Add milk and eggs and stir. Sprinkle in cheese and Chicken Grilling Seasons. Mix well. Spread in lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Serve as a comfort food.
