1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons Chicken Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 7-inch ovenproof skillet. Pour milk into a large bowl and stir in vinegar. In a small bowl, whip the butter and sugar together. Add butter/sugar to milk/vinegar. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Stir in dry ingredients to liquid mix, mixing until just moist. Spread into skillet. Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until golden along the edges.
