GARLIC CHICKEN BAKE

1 pound diced chicken
2 cups pasta shells
1 cup diced carrots
1 packet Garlic and Herb Marinade Mix
1 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 °F. Sauté chicken 5 to 10 minutes until browned. Mix chicken, noodles (uncooked) and carrots together in 2-quart casserole dish. Whisk package contents with water and pour into casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

As prepared, each serving contains 190 calories, 2.5 g of fat, 30 mg of cholesterol, 540 mg of sodium, 26 g of carbohydrates and 18 g of protein.
