SEARED SALMON
1 pound salmon fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
1 package Simply Organic Fajita Mix
Heat sauté pan on high heat. In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil and Simply Organic Fajita Seasoning Mix. Pour onto a plate. Lay salmon flesh side down on plate to coat salmon or use a butter knife to spread seasoning on salmon. Carefully place salmon in pan, flesh side down, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or longer if you prefer salmon to be well done. Repeat with each fillet as space allows in pan.
