FAJITA COUSCOUS

1/3 cup couscous
1 tablespoon dehydrated black bean flakes
1 tablespoon dehydrated diced bell peppers
1 tablespoon dehydrated diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onions
1 tablespoon textured soy protein (flavored if desired)
1 teaspoon dehydrated jalapenos
2 teaspoons Simply Organic Fajita Seasoning Mix

1 cup water (will need to be boiled)

In a quart freezer bag add all dry ingredients. When ready to make, add boiling water. Let sit 5 to 10 minutes, in a cosy if available. Fluff with fork and serve.

Chef Suggests:
Add shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream or some salsa for a little Tex Mex flair.
