Beef Tips with Caramelized Onions
1 large sliced sweet onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup red wine
1/2 cup water

package Simply Organic Garden Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce Mix 1 pound beef tips
In a large skillet or wok, sauté onions in oil on high for 5 to 9 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together wine, water and Garden Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce Mix. Reduce heat to medium and add liquid mixture and beef to skillet. Cook until beef is done to your liking.
Instead of beef tips choose cuts of steak. Grill and top with sautéed onion and liquid mixture.
