Taco Burger

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 tablespoon guar gum or  cornstarch
1/2 cup Frontier Tac'Os Soy Taco Filling
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon coriander
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine water and vinegar. Whisk in guar gum or cornstarch. Add Taco Filling and spices.

Form into patties. In skillet, brown patties on each side over medium heat.
Chef Suggestions
Serve on bun with lettuce, cheese, salsa and sour cream.

Add corn or black beans to the mix for additional flavor.
