Gluten-Free No-Yeast Biscuits
1 cup Simply Organic Pancake & Waffle Mix
3 tablespoons cold butter
1/2 cup low-fat milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, cut butter into Simply Organic Pancake and Waffle Mix. Mix well by using the back of a fork. Stir in milk.
Drop by large spoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
Substitute the same amount of buttermilk or eggnog for the low-fat milk.
Top with drizzled honey.
Crumble cooked and cooled biscuit and use as a topping in chili.
