Chicken Drumstick Bake

Ingredients
1  can (15-ounces) tomato sauce
1 package Simply Organic Spicy Chili Mix
1 cup Frontier Cream of Chickenless Soup Mix
2 tablespoons flour or 2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 pounds skinless chicken drumsticks
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, Spicy Chili Mix, soup mix and flour.

Mix well. Pour just enough into 2 quart casserole dish to cover bottom. Lay chicken in dish and cover with remaining sauce. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until completely done, turning once.
Chef Suggestions
Use a 3- or 4-quart casserole dish, add 1 cup white rice and 1/4 cup more water to create a one-pan meal.
