Mulled Cider with Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Warm the belly and soul on a cold winter night with this delightful drink.

Ingredients
1 package Simply Organic Mulling Spice
8 cups apple juice
 Cinnamon Whipped Cream
Directions
Pour Mulling Spice packet contents and apple juice into a saucepan and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes for desired temperature and taste. Strain spices. Pour into cups and top with the fresh Cinnamon Whipped Cream.
Chef Suggestions
Serve with Eggnog Spiced Sugar Cookies.

For a festive look, add a cinnamon sticks to each mug prior to serving. Substitute nutmeg for cinnamon in whipped cream mixture.
