This recipe will give you a great reason to rise and shine!

Ingredients
Eggnog Waffles
Cinnamon Whipped Cream
Directions
Preheat waffle iron.

In a small bowl, combine pancake & waffle mix, nutmeg and cloves. Add eggnog. Blend well, then pour onto a lightly greased hot waffle iron and cook.

Combine whipping cream, cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Using an electric mixer or whisk, whip for 2 to 3 minutes or until cream has turned thick and fluffy. Top each serving of waffles with a dollop of whipped cream.
Chef Suggestions
Substitute nutmeg for cinnamon in whipped cream mixture.
