Quick Slaw

Ingredients
1  head of cabbage
2  carrots, grated
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
Coarsely grate cabbage into a bowl.

Add grated carrots, raisins, caraway seeds and salt.

In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise and vinegar. Pour mayonnaise mixture over slaw. Mix well. Chill until served.
