Gumbo Rice

Ingredients
1  onion, minced
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups vegetarian chicken flavored broth
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 teaspoon Frontier Gumbo File
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a skillet, sauté onion in butter. Add broth, rice, and Frontier Gumbo File. Bring to a simmer. Remove and place in large, covered casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour or until all liquid has been absorbed.
