Spicy Aioli Spread

Aioli is garlic mayonnaise and is commonly referenced in Spanish and French cooking. It complements crab, shrimp, fish and vegetables. Our version offers a hint of Cajun spice.

Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 package Simply Organic Jambalaya Seasoning Mix
1/4 teaspoon ground brown mustard seed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Chef Suggestions
Use in place of your favorite sandwich spread.

Excellent on Po-Boy sandwiches.

Use horseradish root powder to whip up horseradish sauce as needed.
