Baked Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3 pounds chicken pieces
some  water, milk, or egg to moisten chicken
Directions
Mix all ingredients except chicken together in a plastic bag. Wet chicken, using water, milk, or egg. Place one piece of chicken in bag and shake until coated. Repeat until all chicken is seasoned.

Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees until tender and browned, about 50 minutes.
Chef Suggestions
Use remaining flour mix to make gravy.
