Grown & Yummy Grilled Cheese and Bacon Avocado

Organic Valley Cultured Butter, softened
4 tablespoons mayonnaise (olive oil)
1/2 teaspoon grated black summer truffles
4 slices sourdough bread
1 large avocado, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon
Simply Organic Garlic Salt 3 slices
Organic Valley Baby Swiss Cheese 3 slices
Organic Valley American Cheese Singles 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper pieces
2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, sliced into rings
8 slices
Organic Prairie Bacon, cooked crispy
Preheat a griddle or large skillet to medium-high heat. Combine butter, mayo, and truffles. Spread butter mixture on bread slices. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice and garlic salt.
Assemble sandwich: bread, cheese, peppers, avocado, bacon, remaining cheese and bread.
Grill for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and grill for an additional 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
