Mild Chunky Salsa

Ingredients

1 pound diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green chilis
2 tablespoons ground cumin
3 tablespoons cilantro
2 tablespoons garlic granules
1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili peppers
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and season to taste.

Chef Suggestions

For a hotter salsa, add an additional 1/2 teaspoon of red peppers and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin.
