2 cups salt-free tomato juice
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon peppercorns, freshly ground
2 teaspoons Frontier Dash O' Dill
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Freeze in a covered container.
Before serving, soften slightly so it can break into pieces. Blend frozen mixture in a food processor until smooth.
Serve with cucumber slices and garnish with fresh dill if desired.
