Wintertime Aromatherapy Blend

A wonderful combination of winter-season oils like pine and fir needle are sweetened with fruity bergamot and juniper berry to create an indispensable aroma with therapeutic and aesthetic properties.

Ingredients
10 drops cedarwood essential oil
25 drops bergamot orange essential oil
15 drops fir needle essential oil
30 drops juniper berry essential oil
20 drops sandalwood essential oil
Directions
Combine ingredients.

For an emotionally strengthening, muscle-warming massage oil, dilute 12 drops of this blend in 3 ounces of vegetable oil.

To diffuse in the air, place 1/4 cup water and 10 drops of the blend in a candle lamp. Or simply add 10 drops to a terracotta ornament-style diffuser.
