Fruit Chutney

Ingredients

1 cup peeled and diced mixed fruit
1 package Simply Organic Fruit Dip Mix
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Directions

In a medium bowl, mash fruit (or use a food processor). Add Fruit Dip Mix and vinegar. Mix. Chill and serve as a relish.

For a sweet herbal note and enhanced visual appearance, add 1/2 teaspoon basil leaf.
