Ingredients
1/2 pound Italian sausage
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
4 cups water
1 can (14 ounces) white beans, drained
1 package Simply Organic Tomato Basil Spaghetti Sauce Mix
Directions
In a large saucepan, sauté sausage in oil. Add vegetables and sauté 2 to 3 more minutes. Add water, beans and Simply Organic Tomato Basil Spaghetti Sauce Mix. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
