Grilled Dilled Salmon
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon
dill weed 1/4 teaspoon
onion powder 1 tablespoon
lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon
black pepper heavy duty aluminum foil
1 pound salmon fillets
Prepare grill.
Combine all ingredients except fish in a bowl and set aside. Arrange salmon in a tray made of heavy-duty foil with 1-inch sides.
Spread butter mixture over fillets. Place salmon on grill over hot coals. Cover lightly with foil and cook about 15 minutes, until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
As prepared, each serving contains 180 calories, 10g total fat, 75mg cholesterol, 75mg sodium, 1g total carbohydrate and 23g protein.
