Breakfast Burrito
9 eggs
6 6- or 8-inch flour tortilla shells
6 tablespoons
Frontier Bac'Uns 3/4 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
Scramble eggs. Warm tortilla shells by placing in microwave for 10 seconds. Take one shell and add 2/3 cup cooked eggs and 1 tablespoon Bac'Uns. Add cheese, onion and peppers as desired.
Serve with Simply Organic Ranch Dip and/or sour cream and salsa.
For lower cholesterol, use egg substitutes.
As prepared, each serving contains 260 calories, 12g total fat, 320mg cholesterol, 520mg sodium, 21g total carbohydrate and 19g protein.
