Southeast Asian Sauce
Try this exotic, blender-mixed sauce on spaghetti or sesame soba noodles. Kick the fire up a notch or two with chili peppers.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons basil or cilantro
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon chili pepper flakes or chili peppers, chopped, to taste (optional)

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour over hot pasta and stir.
