Minty Pineappleade
Leftover pineapple core and a few spices make a refreshing drink. Just remember to mix up this recipe the day before you plan to serve it.
Ingredients
1 pineapple core
2 tablespoons mint
1 small piece ginger root
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
4 cups water
honey

Directions
Place all ingredients except honey in a glass jar or pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Strain and sweeten with honey. Serve over ice, with a cinnamon stick stirrer.
