Ginger Dressing/Marinade
Use this mixture on green salads — or as a marinade for poultry, fish, or tofu.
Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon ginger root powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
