Mango Macadamia Crisp

Macadamia orchards grace the island of Hawaii. Soft, sweet mangoes are a lovely surprise under this faintly familiar topping.

Ingredients
6  mangoes, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions
Place sliced mangoes in an 8- or 9-inch square baking pan.
Drizzle honey over the top.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the mangoes. Bake until hot and nicely browned, about 30 minutes.
