Tarragon Encrusted Salmon

4 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Simply Organic Steak Seasoning
1 to 1 1/2 pounds salmon steak, minimum of 1-inch thick
1. Preheat broiler to high or warm up grill.
2. In a small bowl blend butter, lemon juice and Steak Seasoning. Lay salmon on broiler pan or grill, skin side down. Spread a thin layer of butter mixture on steaks. Broil 8 to 10 minutes, or grill until salmon is just flaky.
