2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Frontier Sea Salt
2 teaspoons Frontier Organic Tarragon
1 tablespoon Frontier Organic Parsley
2 tablespoons roasted cashews
2. Place slices in a shallow serving dish.
3. Melt together the remaining ingredients, except parsley and cashews, and pour over the potatoes.
4. Sprinkle with parsley and cashews and serve.
