Tropical Fruit and Black Bean Salad

This salad is a delightful fusion of warm and cool, tropical and Latino flavors.

1 cup black beans, cooked and drained
1 cup peeled and cubed mango
1 cup peeled and cubed papaya
1  avocado, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2  red onion, sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Frontier Organic Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Frontier Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Frontier Organic Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Black Pepper
Combine beans, mango, papaya, avocado, pine nuts, and red onion in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over the bean mixture and refrigerate for an hour or more before serving.
