Lemon Marinade

2/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 {salt and pepper} to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a shallow, non-reactive pan.

Marinate poultry, vegetables, tofu or chicken for an hour or longer in the pan in the refrigerator. Marinate fish only about 20 minutes.

Drain gently, and then grill.
