Corn Casserole

4 cups corn kernels
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced bell pepper
1 cup Organic Valley Milk
2  slightly beaten {Organic Valley Eggs}
1 cup Organic Valley Shredded Cheese
2 to 3 tablespoons Simply Organic Chicken Seasoning
1 cup cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine corn, onion and bell pepper. Add milk and eggs and stir. Sprinkle in cheese and Seasoning. Mix well.

Spread in lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
