Flavor a favorite snack mix with an array of favorite spices -- or a spice mix like All-Seasons Salt or Garlic 'N Herb.
Ingredients
2 cups pretzel sticks
1 cup peanuts, unsalted
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
cumin

Directions
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in a lightly oiled baking pan and bake 30 minutes, stirring twice. Cool before serving. Makes about 3 cups.
