Eyeball Dip
Olives make good eyeballs in a variety of spooky fare, but you could also use grapes.
Ingredients
8 ounces Neufchatel or fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup shredded beets
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup whole olives black and/or green
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup shredded beets
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup whole olives black and/or green
Directions
Combine all ingredients except olives and blend well. Gently stir in olives. Serve with Spicy Flatbread cut into finger shapes rather than wedges.
