Greek Pizza

This easy recipe turns out a dish as elegant as one you'd find in your favorite gourmet bistro.

6  five-inch pizzas made from your favorite dough
1  package Simply Organic Spinach Dip Mix
1 1/2 cups yogurt
4 ounces feta cheese
2 ounces diced black olives
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced red onions
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh peppermint leaves (optional)
Pre-bake dough for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine Simply Organic Spinach Dip Mix and yogurt. Spread mixture on partially baked crusts, then sprinkle each crust evenly with feta cheese, diced olives, diced tomatoes, sliced onions and peppermint leaves.

Return crusts to oven and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until crusts are golden brown.
