Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/3 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup half-and-half
4 tablespoons fresh parsley or 2 tablespoons dried {parsley}, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh oregano or 1 tablespoon dried {oregano}, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon grated {lemon peel}
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Sour Cream and Dill Sauce

Directions
Mix all ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls. Place on the rack of a broiler pan.
Bake in a 375-degree oven until brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Keep warm while making Sour Cream and Dill sauce.
