Sautéed Celery

Ingredients
1  bunch celery, cut into diagonal slices
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1  bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried {thyme}
 fresh ground {pepper}
Directions
In a large skillet heat the olive oil and cook the celery and remaining ingredients for about 5 minutes.

Discard the bay leaf and serve.

Cook Time: 5-10 min
