Fajita Couscous

1/3 cup couscous
1 tablespoon dehydrated black bean flakes
1 tablespoon dehydrated diced bell peppers
1 tablespoon dehydrated diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onions
1 tablespoon {textured soy protein} (flavored if desired)
1 teaspoon dehydrated jalapenos
2 teaspoons Simply Organic Fajita Mix
1 cup water (will need to be boiled)
In a quart freezer bag combine all dry ingredients. When ready to make, add boiling water. Let sit 5 to 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
