Fajita Omelet

1/2 cup sliced green pepper
1/4 cup sliced onion
6  large eggs
1 cup milk
1 package Simply Organic Fajita Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and onion and sauté until tender.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk and Simply Organic Fajita Seasoning Mix. Pour over peppers and onions and cook until done. Top with shredded cheese.
