Fun and Fresh Fish Sticks
Ingredients
1 pound cod fillets
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 lemon, sliced
tartar sauce, pre-made from store
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut fillets into 3/4-inch strips; set aside. You will need 3 shallow bowls. Place seasonings (breadcrumbs, cheese, pepper, parsley, paprika and garlic salt) in one bowl; buttermilk in the second bowl and the flour in the third.
Coat fish with flour first, buttermilk second and seasonings last.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and fish flakes easily.
Serve with lemon slices and tartar sauce.
