Watermelon Gazpacho

6 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
2  medium Golden Delicious apples, cored and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1  medium onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon dried {basil}
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground {black pepper}
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
In a blender, purée the watermelon until smooth; pour into a large bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or until well chilled.

chill for 2 hours
