Seafood Bisque

Ingredients
1 pound chopped seafood (try scallops and crab)
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 cups milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 package Simply Organic Southwest Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup diced celery stalk
Directions
1. In a medium skillet, lightly sauté seafood for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a blender, place water, milk, butter, tomato paste, lemon juice and Seasoning Mix; liquefy. Add seafood and celery; purée.
3. Transfer to a medium saucepan and heat on medium-low heat until simmering.
