Roast Beef

2 1/2 pounds roast beef
4 tablespoons lemon pepper
4 to 5 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons marjoram
 {salt}, to taste
4 tablespoons black pepper
Season roast with seasonings. Let stand for 2 hours. Cook in Dutch oven slowly for 3 hours.
