Skinny Cheese-y Noodle Bake
Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup shredded, low-fat Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup low fat sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 whole egg, lightly beaten
2 egg whites, beaten softly-stiff
paprika
additional low-fat sour cream, at serving time

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the cooked noodles with the 3 cheeses, sour cream, Worcestershire, and salt and pepper. Mix in the whole-beaten egg and then gently fold in the egg whites. Pour the mixture into a non-stick sprayed baking dish. Dust top with a sprinkling of paprika.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes, until center is set and edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes before serving. Garnish each serving with additional sour cream.
