Blue Lassi

4 ounces organic whole milk yogurt
1 1/2 ounces Smirnoff blueberry-flavored vodka
1 1/2 ounces whole milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon rose flower water
1  green {cardamom pod}
1/2  apricot
 mint sprig for garnish
Blend the first seven ingredients with an immersion blender in a mixing bowl until smooth. Serve cold in a shot glass without ice as an aperitif. Garnish with the mint sprig.
