Homemade Spinach Egg Noodles
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour, plus more for kneading
1 package Simply Organic Spinach Dip Mix
2 eggs

Directions
Fill a large stock pot 2/3 full of water and put on high heat.
Combine flour and Spinach Dip Mix in a medium sized bowl.
Make a well in the middle of the bowl and add the eggs. Mix together with hands until it forms a ball.
Transfer the dough ball and any flour still stuck to the sides of the bowl onto a floured surface. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth to the touch, adding more flour if needed.
Find a floured surface that is safe to cut on and roll out the dough into a 1/8-inch thick large rectangle. Cut long strips ΒΌ” wide and pile together.
Add a palm full of salt to your boiling water and carefully drop in the noodles.
Cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes until al dente.
