Instant Hummus

1 cup Frontier Falafel Mix
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon tamari (optional)
In a medium mixing bowl, blend Falafel Mix and water. Let sit 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, tahini, tamari and garlic. Blend well. Refrigerate until served.
